murgh makhani after the chicken has marinated in special sauce and then grilled for 45 minutes it goes into the yogurt, ginger, tomato, garlic, etc. special sauce to stew for another few minutes when it is supremely supreme. Excellent if I do say so myself. I am no cook but this recipe is top notch,
