LAN71 Tube Mitre Cutter Inventory Storage Unit. Also known as a re-purposed old wine bottle bin. This non-computerized inventory system may be antiquated but it provides ready access to all the sizes of cutters, cutter blanks (cutter blanks are lathe turned from solid PM-T15 high speed steel in the Strawberry shop, then heat treated to HRC 66-67. Small batches of blanks are precision ground into tube mitre cutters at McKenzie Tool Grinding Co. www.mckenzietool.com and the remainder reside in the storage unit until demand calls for grinding.). The unit also stores the R8 and 3/4" straight shank arbors for the back threaded cutters.
