Fixture which for once and all ends water bottle boss diamond float. Tube mitre fixture is mounted with water bottle boss brazing jig and set atop a 1970's vintage Prugnat lug shipping crate. Seat tubes in lower right of pic have been drilled and sand blasted and are ready for brazing.

Detail of water bottle boss "hold downs". Next step is to apply flux, tack, lift off hold-downs and complete brazing thus assuring water bottle bosses are square and the diamonds are aligned. It might not seem like it, but this is a solution for which there was a problem.

Scott's frame no. 7018. Top and bottom tube fit-up check prior to lug assembly. Bottom lug has been tack brazed to head tube and rotated to allow visual check of down tube mitre angle and length while held in the Marchetti frame brazing fixture.
