LAN71 Tool Assemblage. All tools aside from the Marchetti bottom bracket taps are designed and machined in the Strawberry workshop. The cutters are blanked out, heat treated and then precision ground in Portland. All grinding is performed by McKenzie Tool Grinding in Portland. The wishbone castings are a Strawberry design and the castings are manufactured by Long Shen in Taiwan. The photo displays bottom bracket tapping and facing holders, head tube ream and face holder, integral and back threaded HSS tube mitre cutters, wishbone investment castings, lug vise, various reamers, taps and facers.

Lug vise detail of the Jergens two spoke polished cast iron handle. Handle is secured to the 7/16" drawbar by a 10mm. set screw and a nylon washer separates the handle from the body for smooth rotational action.

Lug vise finished. Split sleeves are on the left, next is the drawbar and wedge nut then the lug vise body rotated to show the machined flat side (another flat is 180 degrees opposed) which is to be clamped in your vise and on the right is the Jergens polished cast iron handwheel.
