Here are the application instructions issued with the "Dry-Fix" Transfers by Reynolds Tube Company Limited: "These transfers are SELF-ADHESIVE and need no separate fixing agent. The surface receiving the transfer must be clean, dry and free from grease. 1. Remove protective tissue from back of transfer. 2. Using outline on backing paper as a guide, place transfer in position. 3. Rub down firmly. 4. Carefully peel off backing paper." That's it. My experience is a good coating of clear enamel over the top to submerge the decal will provide good durability.
